The speaker provides the presentation content before the event and agrees that this information may be used for public relations purposes (website, congress handbook, social media, etc.). The speaker grants business factors permission to take photos, videos, images, audio, and other recordings and to use them, after prior approval, in all publications for print, internet, radio, television, and other media free of charge. The costs for participation in the entire conference program as well as accommodation will be covered by business factors Deutschland GmbH. Additionally, the speaker will receive a complimentary ticket for another participant with leadership responsibility in the relevant subject area.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contractual relationship shall be the registered office of business factors. However, business factors shall also be entitled to initiate legal proceedings at the registered office or place of business of the speaker. The speaker may assign claims arising from the contractual relationship with business factors to third parties only with the prior express consent of business factors.
