The speaker provides the presentation content before the event and agrees that this information may be used for public relations purposes (website, congress handbook, social media, etc.). The speaker grants business factors permission to take photos, videos, images, audio, and other recordings and to use them, after prior approval, in all publications for print, internet, radio, television, and other media free of charge. The costs for participation in the entire conference program as well as accommodation will be covered by business factors Deutschland GmbH. Additionally, the speaker will receive a complimentary ticket for another participant with leadership responsibility in the relevant subject area.

Die Vertragsbeziehungen zwischen business factors und dem Referenten unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus diesem Vertrag ist der Sitz von business factors. business factors ist aber auch berechtigt, am Sitz des Referenten zu klagen. Der Referent kann Ansprüche aus dem Vertragsverhältnis mit business factors nur mit ihrer vorherigen ausdrücklichen Zustimmung an Dritte abtreten.
