In dieser Funktion berichtet er direkt an den Executive Vice President Human Resources.\u00a0 Herr Opp begleitet Business Partner der L\u00e4nder und Regionen bei der Einf\u00fchrung und Umsetzung geeigneter Personalentwicklungskonzepte, Recruitingstrategien und Informationssysteme. Vor seiner T\u00e4tigkeit bei der NORMA Group war Mathias\u00a0 Opp in verschiedenen leitenden Funktionen im Personalbereich, sowie als Trainer, Coach und Berater t\u00e4tig, unter anderem im Bereich Maschinenbau und in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.<\/p>\n

Aktuelle Schwerpunkte sind die Einf\u00fchrung eines globalen HRIS-Systems, die Entwicklung eines ganzheitliche Performance- und Talent Mangement-Prozesses auf Grundlage eines globalen Kompentenzmodelles, sowie die Optimierung der Nachfolgeplanung und der Aufbau einer globalen Learning & Development Strategie auf Basis der Unternehmensvision 2025. In seinem Vortrag erz\u00e4hlt\u00a0 Herr Opp warum Unternehmenswerte und Employee Enagagement ein Fundament der Personalentwicklung darstellen.<\/p>\n
