Diplomatic Circle 2026 in Berlin:

High-Level Dialogue for International Partnerships

Berlin, October 1, 2026

Diplomacy, politics, and business at one table: With the inaugural Diplomatic Circle, business factors Deutschland has created a new platform at the China Club Berlin for personal exchange on international cooperation, economic partnerships, and shared perspectives for the future.

Among the guests and keynote speakers of the evening were Reem Alabali Radovan, Member of the German Bundestag and Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development; Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation of the Republic of Kosova; and H.E. Ahmed Al Qarainees, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

At the heart of the evening was a question that is becoming increasingly important in light of global change: How can long-term international partnerships be established that bring together political relations, economic interests, and sustainable development?

The contributions offered different perspectives on this question. Federal Minister Reem Alabali Radovan addressed international cooperation, sustainable development, and economic partnerships. Mimoza Kusari-Lila highlighted the role of emerging European partners in fostering stability, security, and growth. The Ambassador of Bahrain provided insights into the potential for deeper economic and bilateral cooperation with Germany.

It was precisely these different perspectives that shaped the character of the Diplomatic Circle 2026: not a traditional conference, but a deliberately personal setting for direct dialogue between diplomatic missions, political decision-makers, institutions, and selected representatives from the business community.

For business factors Deutschland, the Diplomatic Circle is also part of a long-term initiative: international country partnerships are intended to build new bridges between Germany and partner countries, creating tangible opportunities for dialogue, economic cooperation, and sustainable relationships.

The evening at the China Club Berlin demonstrated just how valuable personal exchange is, particularly when different countries, perspectives, and interests come together.

Because international partnerships do not begin with agreements. They begin with trust, personal dialogue, and the willingness to explore new paths together.
