Your tasks

  • Supporting the event management team in the preparation and follow-up of our events
  • Experience congresses in the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg and in The Dolder Grand in Zurich
  • Getting to know other departments (media design, marketing, production, etc.)
  • Independent takeover of sub-projects

Requirements

  • You have a secondary school leaving certificate or a high school diploma
  • You are motivated, communicative and show commitment
  • Your written and spoken German is flawless
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and the Internet would be ideal
  • You enjoy working in a team and you can also cope with stressful situations
