\u00a7 4 Berufs- und Dienstaus\u00fcbung, Arbeitgeberverantwortung<\/strong><\/h3>\n

(1) Versammlungen, Zusammenk\u00fcnfte und Veranstaltungen aus beruflichen, gewerblichen und dienstlichen Gr\u00fcnden sind innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb von Unternehmen, Betrieben und Beh\u00f6rden zul\u00e4ssig;[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

\u00a7 11 Handel, Messen, Kongresse<\/strong><\/h3>\n

(2) Messen, Kongresse, Ausstellungen, Jahrm\u00e4rkte im Sinne von \u00a7 68 Absatz 2 der Gewerbeordnung (z.B. Tr\u00f6delm\u00e4rkte), Spezialm\u00e4rkte im Sinne von \u00a7 68 Absatz 1 der Gewerbeordnung und \u00e4hnliche Veranstaltungen sind nur auf der Grundlage eines besonderen Hygiene und Infektionsschutzkonzepts nach \u00a7 2b zul\u00e4ssig. Bei Kongressen und Messen sowie Weihnachtsm\u00e4rkten sind dabei die in der Anlage zu dieser Verordnung festgelegten Hygiene- und Infektionsschutzstandards zu beachten.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

\u00a7 15 Beherbergung, Tourismus, Ferienangebote<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Das Unterbringungsverbot nach Satz 1 gilt nicht f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste,
\n1. die zwingend notwendig und unaufschiebbar beruflich oder medizinisch veranlasst anreisen<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1) In Hotels, Pensionen, Jugendherbergen und \u00e4hnlichen Beherbergungsbetrieben sind \u00dcbernachtungsangebote zu touristischen Zwecken f\u00fcr Personen aus einem vom Ministerium f\u00fcr Arbeit, Gesundheit und Soziales festgelegten und ver\u00f6ffentlichten Gebiet oder einer Einrichtung mit erh\u00f6htem Infektionsgeschehen untersagt, die nicht \u00fcber ein \u00e4rztliches Zeugnis in Papier- oder digitaler Form verf\u00fcgen, welches best\u00e4tigt, dass keine Anhaltspunkte f\u00fcr das Vorliegen einer Infektion mit dem Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 vorhanden sind. Ein aus einem fach\u00e4rztlichen Labor stammender Befund ist ein \u00e4rztliches Zeugnis. Das \u00e4rztliche Zeugnis muss sich auf eine molekularbiologische Testung st\u00fctzen, die h\u00f6chstens 48 Stunden vor der Anreise vorgenommen worden ist.
