Sebastian Hartmann
As an Executive Consultant, Sebastian Hartmann works across all our product areas and teams, focusing primarily on our most senior target groups and pilot projects. Co-creating holistic transformation and development journeys, Sebastian consults our clients in various industries, including healthcare, technology, and automotive. Sebastian started his professional career in 2001, studying psychology, social cognition and communication at the University of Würzburg, from which he graduated in 2007. After joining atrain as a full-time consultant in 2007, Sebastian assumed leadership responsibility within atrain in 2010 and lead teams of up to 10 consultants. In 2012, he established atrain’s executive assessment business while also continuously evolving our selection practices in line with our overall paradigms and approach. Since 2019, Sebastian has been a member of atrain’s global leadership team and shapes how atrain implements its mission and aspiration: to realize true potential. With our clients, Sebastian is enthusiastic about finding different approaches that encourage and empower organizations and individuals to respond to the accelerating change and disruption in today’s business environment in line with human needs and creating a positive momentum for change.
