Jimena is a very experienced facilitator, coach, and trainer. She studied Business Informatics and has more than 18 years’ experience working at Bayer including HR, IT, Finance, Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance roles, in Guatemala, Mexico, and China, currently in Germany. She has worked on the Bayer Learning Academies framework for the last 7 years. She is currently leading the Training and Capability development learning framework for Data Science and Customer Insights training roles within Bayer Pharmaceuticals’ Global Marketing Organization.
