Fëllanza Podrimja serves as a Political Adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosova. In this role, she supports the preparation, coordination and implementation of political initiatives with both national and international relevance. Her work focuses on political coordination, public administration, strategic communications and policy development. She is involved in the preparation of high-level governmental processes and contributes to the alignment of institutional priorities across different areas of government activity. A particular focus of her work lies in strengthening international engagement, including outreach to the Kosovar diaspora and the development of institutional and economic relations with key partner regions. In this context, she supports initiatives aimed at deepening cooperation between Kosova and the DACH region, with a focus on dialogue, economic exchange and long-term partnership development. Through her role, Fëllanza Podrimja contributes to stakeholder management, strategic preparation and the coordination of governmental initiatives with an international dimension.
